I have a Let's Encrypt certificate installed on a site. The cert has just expired so I deleted all SSL files from siteworx (SSL chain, SSL cert, CSR, PK) and ran Generate All With Let's Encrypt but it just installs the same cert that's expired. What to do?

Hi all,
qmail and vpopmail support a feature called qmail extension addresses that allows to create a wildcard aliases (e.g. user-anything@domain.com can be forwared to user@domain.com). I've been using this feature a lot on servers where I manage qmail myself but so far I don't seem to be able to set it up on Interworx-managed machine.
I have verified in SRPM in Interworx repo that vpopmail should be configured with --enable-qmail-ext switch so it should work.
First I tried to add the default alias to Email aliases in Siteworx in the form user-default@domain.com but that does not work - emails to addresses like user-test1@domain.com bounce and only emails to address user-default@domain.com gets delivered indicating that the "default" part is taken literally.
I also tried to the default alias by creating file .qmail-user-default rule in the vpopmail domain directory and import this rule using /home/vpopmail/bin/dotqmails2valias tool. Everything went smoothly, rule was found, imported, rule file got automatically deleted, and the alias even showed up in Siteworx web UI but the emails that should get delivered bounce as well.
Is there something specific about how Interworx uses qmail and vpopmail that prevents extension addresses from working properly or are there some additional steps that need to be carried out to make it work?

Shared IP address - Domains not able to reply to Craigslist because of rDNS
Is there a solution to this problem?
My main server domain passes rDNS without issues when trying to reply to a craigslist ad. If one of my clients who are on a separate (shared) IP address try it it immediately bounces.
Connected to 208.82.237.86 but greeting failed.
Remote host said: 554 [1.1.1.2<----fictitious IP obviosuly] Please setup matching DNS and rDNS records:

The IP address for their domains (1.1.1.2) resolves back to my domain xyz.com that is located at (1.1.1.1) instead of their own.
Craigslist appears to be the only service this is a problem with but I may lose at least one customer unless I can get this resolved.

Interworx in Docker
Hi all,
is anybody running Interworx in a Docker container successfully in production? As part of server restructuring we would like to move Interworx to a virtual machine and Docker being OS-level virtualization is of course the preferred solution. Are there any major obstacles or is it as smooth a ride as it might look on the first glance?
Without trying first I would guess the most complicated part of the problem is choosing the optimal way to map public IP addresses to the container. Docker allows to map the whole network stack but that is the least preferable solution because that way the container has access to all the interfaces. Simplest solution would be to manually map all necessary ports on every IP address but that is not very elegant. Perhaps something like Pipework with its small overhead is the most elegant solution?

Disabled Spam + Virus Services keep Restarting
Hi,
I have already reported this bug several month ago here on this forum (http://forums.interworx.com/threads/...tart-on-Reboot) and I have also contact directly InterWorx Support Team using their Ticket system during 2016 year and they confirm the bug from they end... but until now the bugs are not fixed.
The problem is that even after I Turn Off and Disable from Start on Boot the Spam + Virus Filtering services, they will start after a server reboot.
Of course this causes a lot of problem with high resource usage and forces me to login Interworx and manually disable this services after every reboot or downtime on all servers where I use Interworx but not any kind of email services.
Note: I have experience this bug using Interworx latest version on multiple installations on servers running on CentOS 7.3 (tested on both OpenVZ and also KVM virtual servers)
So can anyone else confirm this bugs? Also can Interworx support team resolve this bugs on a near future Interworx update?

Fresh Server Install ... Apache 403 Errors All Siteworx accounts
We have added some of our clients domains to the system that we would like to move over to Interworx... but we can not get this installation to work... it seems that some reason Apache is trying to serve web pages in '/var/www/html' instead of users public html directory (see error below???)
You will need to modify your host file to see the error as we are trying to test the server before actually moving over real domains to this system...
It does this to every account we add to the system :(

Nodeworx SSL with AlphaSSL Wildcard Certificate
We have an AlphaSSL Wildcard Certificate which we use for current cPanel servers. We want to setup Nodeworx with the same SSL for system services but it doesn't seem to have a way to generate the CSR in the Nodeworx SSL Certificates area... Are we missing something here?

Port 53 Open?
If I'm not using the NS services on a server, do I need to keep port 53 UDP (DNS) open?
And by not using, I mean I don't have any domains with the their name server records pointed at the server.

Setting php_admin_value or php_admin_flag for php-fpm instances
Hello,
I'm wondering if it's possible to set the php_admin_value or php_admin_flag for php-fpm instances setup by InterWorx. I know you can put php_admin_value[memory_limit] = 512M in the php-fpm process config, but this is overwritten when InterWorx writes the config files again. I also know you can use ~iworx/bin/config.pex to configure specific php-fpm instances (as ~iworx/bin/config.pex --siteworx example.com --set --name FPM_MAX_CHILDREN --value 8), but I don't see an option to set php_admin_* values.
Any ideas?

No such file or directory
I have installed Interworx using Centos 7, but when I access to below directory for entering a licence I'm getting 'No such file or directory' error. Please help me on this.

NFS and Backups
Is it possible to change the location of where siteworx backups are made and store them on an NFS mount if possible?

Remote Backups
I see a few different methods / scripts here on the forums for backups. I'm curious if someone can recommend the best method to achieve what we need. We have 1 Interworx server setup and configured currently and look to join up 2 more to create a cluster (Just for reference)
However, currently we have a CPANEL setup that automatically schedules backups of each client and then will FTP them to a NAS in our physical business location. Its a 10TB NAS that is our "remote" copy just in case.
Does Interworx have any customizable backup solutions that will automatically backup and push these files? I see it can schedule local backups but not seeing how we can get it to create a local backup and push a copy of the files to our remote location.

How can I check username of currently logged user for siteworx. In php shell if I print 'print_r($_SERVER[USER]]' it always display result as 'root'. But I need currently logged in user (which is not root in this case). Please suggest the code.

Let's Encrypt always needs second try
Is anybody else experiencing this? Whenever I click "Generate all with Let's Encrypt" it generates an error on the first try, the gist of it being "Temporary failure in name resolution".
Only on the second try the whole process goes through.
Just want to confirm this is "normal" behaviour....
