XenConfig.pl error

Good Day to you all

has anyone come across this error that I keep getting a warning about, or any ideas how to fix the issue

Cron <root@serv> /usr/local/sbin/XenConfig.pl --caller=cron

/usr/local/sbin/XenConfig.pl already running
INIT failed--call queue aborted.
