Web hosting issue

Hi guys not sure if this is the correct place to ask my question.

iv'e uploaded a web via files manager about a month ago, and it worked.

today iv'e tried to upload some new files, totally new web. when i go to files manager i can see the new files, but when i enter the web it still shows the old website, which was deleted. how is that even possible and what do i do?
